Uwha Collective Bargaining Agreement

[1] Nothing in this agreement should be interpreted to alter the university`s definition of ”qualifying condition” under the shared policy. Examples of qualifying conditions are provided for illustrative use only. All conditions submitted shall be assessed on a case-by-case basis in order to determine suitability in accordance with this Article. RFPU sends a copy to the employment agency within thirty (30) days of receipt of the second stage decision. The university will inform the RFPU in writing and PERC within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request for mediation, if they do not agree. Participation in mediation is voluntary. Proposals made during mediation have no precedence or relevance in arbitration proceedings, unless the parties agree otherwise. At any time, each game can continue with step four. .
